Bio
Gimpy- was a superhero sidekick turned supervillian after slowly entering alcoholism and the drug rings of the city. After taking Serum 114, a drug which permanately affects the user, giving them increased strength, he leaves being ____'s sidekick and later creates a device which permanately infuses ther serum into his bloodstream. He occasionally has a master plan involving the destruction of his now arch enemy ______. His hideout is an abandoned chemical lab where he creates serum 114 for himself. He has human-like intellect with super human stregth contributed by both his original strength as ____'s sidekick and the acellerated strength caused by serum 114.
His latest creation is a self made, potent bach of serum 114 which when given to a standard human civilian, gives them super human strength and forces them to be under Gimpy's auditory command; however, because of its potency, it soon causes the recipient of the drug to expierence an extremely high blood pressure, eventually leading to their blood cells to explode and soon major internal bleeding. He has not yet perfected his serum (known as serum 115) to a point where it can be effectively used, its potency causes most humans to die immediately upon injection. His final goal is to find humans with light superpowers which can survive the serum but will remain under his control. Eventually creating an army of super strength "zombies". His second final goal is to create Serum 001, a prototype which he has been working on which is powerful enough to control ____ and appoint ___ as his sidekick.

Weakness
His weakness is the lack of serum 114 which will not only reduce him to less than human strenght because of a dependancy on serum 114 but will also quickly kill him due to comedown effects of the drug.

Ideas For character:
Serum device which supplies him the serum:
The device is permantly clamped to his spine, the skin and muscle tissue between the device on his back and his spine has been extracted allowing him easy access and repair on inner machienery, from the device on his spine there are small "tubes" which run down his spinal cord and up to his brain, the dubes down his spinal cord lie under the skin throughout his arms and legs, mergin with his veins to allow him to ballance and centralize the drug and therefore accelerate his strength in desired areas (example: when swinging a punch he can focus all of the moving serum into his arm to allow a more powerful punch) however, this causes the rest of his body to be equally as weak for the amount of time he is transferring the area destination of the drug (cont. example: when transferring all of the drug to his left hand for a punch, his legs, right arm, abdomin, and head have only human-like strength and stamina.

Ideas For character history:
Turning point from good to evil and reason for taking serum 114:
While sidekicking for ___ Gimpy began to become involved in drugs, he began to become unsettled with being a sidekick and sought serum 114 for it's ability to increase his strength and allow him to become a superhero himself, at first his endeavors were successful. He was able to fight villans and evildoers on his own; however, the side effects of the serum caused him to become overly violent and unpredictable (continually beating a human-strenghted bank robber to death was one of the first of many of these outbreaks.) The drug also causes an exponentially increasing addiction and need for larger and more frequent doses and he soon began using his stregth to commit undercover bank robberies under the alias "Bigjojo" in which he was a masked, unknown villian. The pinnicle turning point from hero to villian occoured during one of his bank robberies where ___ arrived at the scene to stop him, unknowing that the masked robber was once his loyal sidekick. During an epic battle between them ___ managed to unmask Gimpy and, realizing his real identity, banishes him as a comrade and attempted to subdue him. Gimpy escapes and goes into hiding, creating serum 114 for himself and developing his more potent variations of the drug (115, 001 see Bio) Because of the conflict during the bank robbery with ___ Gimpy primarily blames ____ for his turn to evil and addiction to serum 114. He obsessively drives to defeat or control his now arch nemesis ___. Soon after Gimpy's dissappearance to the abandoned chemical lab, he returned and kidnapped a team of scientists working on top secret government technological robotic chemical warfare devices and forces them to creat his serum releasal device and has them infuse it onto his spine. Once online, the first injection causes a spike in his serum levels which causes him to go temporarily insane and bruttally kill the team of scientists.

Gimpy's change into (Patient) G-115:
Later, Gimpy is subdued by (Villian to be announced) and his lab is seized. Gimpy's serum 115 is forcibly injected into Gimpy's bloodstream and while having only temporary effects, it causes Gimpy (now G-115) to become more powerful and be under the auditory command of (Villian to be announced)
